About Performance People

We are Performance People. Three partners and a network of more than twenty associates and specialists. Experienced top trainers, consultants and coaches with at least fifteen years of hands on experience. Senior consultants with an interactive and action oriented style that guarantees impact.

Our core competence? Developing your people, in order to strengthen your organization and grow your results. People are happy and perform at their best, when they can set their talent to work. Marijn Gijsbers (Rotterdam)

Marijn studied business at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and made his mark in the financial world at Aegon and Fortis. He got acquainted with professional training at Human Synergistics, and learned to master it at Krauthammer International.

His motivation? Being a guide on the road to discover and unpack talent. Halfway an 8000 km bicycle trip through South America, Marijn met his future wife. In 2007 he founded of Cadena de Talentos (chain of talent), a platform for youngsters from the slums of Lima, Peru,  to develop their potential and change the status quo.

An energetic motivator, he is certified by Success Insights, The Presencing Institute en Wiley (Lencioni’s 5 behaviors of a cohesive team).

His knowledge, experience and talent are best put to use in change projects and professional development, on organizational, team, but also individual level. In the Performance People team his natural role is project management and chair, being appreciated for his empathy combined with directness.

Robert Schenk (Dordrecht)

Robert is an energetic consultant, trainer and coach with strong focus on people AND results. With interaction, humour, examples and razor-sharp questions, he creates reflection and movement. Robert studied engineering and combines sixteen years’ experience in sales, management and consultancy with practical knowledge of management techniques and didactic skills.

Robert helps his clients bridge the knowing-doing gap by using his sharp analytical skills and using a wide range of tools to manage and control change. If one is willing and able he will always find the next step to help one bring out the best in himself and others. One of Robert’s favorites pastimes is learning new things, enabling him to give you insight into the latest developments, trends and scientific insights.

André Vegter (Apeldoorn)

André is motivated by entrepreneurship, development, growth, friendship, fun and performance. His attitude in life: do the things that are important. For him, those important things are his family, values, as well as sports: cycling and running. Studied business. Throughout his working life, people and organisations are the red threads. And: achieving things together. Worked in retail and recruitment before entering the world of training and consultancy at Krauthammer International.

Marjo Korrel (Eindhoven)

Marjo has more than 30 years of experience as a coach a change expert. She wrote several books and articles on the subject en trained hundreds of leaders, managers, coaches and trainers.

Having a profound understanding of the workings of the human mind, combined with a preference for a practical and empathic approach, Marjo has translated psychotherapeutic ‘best practices’ to useful strategies for both a meeting room and the kitchen table. Her stretcht lies in investigating and facilitating change from the inside out, bridging the head and the heart, oneself and the other, thinking and doing, living and working and between getting things done and living a meaningful life.

Jeroen van Vliet
(Den Haag)

At the cutting edge of how an organization develops, and how a person grows, Jeroen does his job. He started his career at an executive search firm, after which he cut his teeth in the training and coaching business at Krauthammer International. “What fascinates me, is how the values ​​that an organization pursues are reflected in the behaviour of the people in that organization. Work with me and you’ll get more grip on this.” Values ​​that are important to himself: development, freedom and responsibility. Jeroen earned his MA in cultural studies at the University of Amsterdam, and more recently completed a Change Management course at the VU University Amsterdam. Partner and father. In his spare time, he loves competing in endurance sports, cycling and skiing with friends, and he is a P2 level student of Krav Maga.

Wij geloven niet in anoniem massaal. Wel in persoonlijk. We zetten graag onze handtekening onder ons werk, en stimuleren anderen dat ook te doen.

Interactief & Activerend

Action Learning, van praten naar doen. Liever confronterend dan onduidelijk. Plannen op 1A4. Simpel, visueel, overzichtelijk. ‘Agile‘ bijsturen. Mensen betrekken. Van monoloog of dovemansgesprek naar dialoog. Wij hebben graag plezier in ons werk. U toch ook?
