A close-knit leadership team is a critical succesfactor in any organisation. And often, cooperation within ‘teams’ can be improved on greatly.

Lack of confidence, fear for conflict, or a lack of commitment – and not addressing these this – can be an obstacle. Other teams want to raise the bar, explore possible synergies or are just starting out as a team, and want to build a framework.

 

In shorter or longer projects we help teams to ‘look in the mirror’ and make the next step. We like to do this outside of the regular work environment as well; in a place, and in a way, that lends itself for feedback and reflection. Because self-awareness is the starting point for improvement.

 

Using different tools and interventions, we form a shared image of the current situation, and the desired situation. We strengthen personal relationships, enabling fierce conversations.
